WHY THIS EXISTS
I kept building the things I wished I had while running the business.
At first it was pricing. I was tired of bouncing between advice, spreadsheets, market ranges, and gut instinct just to decide what a cleaning job should cost.

The Cleaning Business Studio honestly came from me trying to figure things out for my own cleaning business. Pricing was one of the first problems that drove me crazy, but it definitely was not the last.
As I took on more work, I started building around the operational side too: cleaner systems, STR turnovers, documentation, client onboarding, profit, and all the little things that get very loud once volume hits. The Studio is where I turn those lessons into practical tools and resources.
